Truly customized school-based ABA services to meet your needs.

We offer a wide range of school-based services, including behavior consultation, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. Our team collaborates with school staff and families to provide evidence-based strategies that address challenging behaviors, support academic success, and promote social emotional development. Our goal is to ensure that each student receives individualized support that fosters a positive learning environment and maximizes their potential.

Functional Behavior Assessments

We help teachers to understand why challenging behaviors may be happening and provide them with the tools they need to support students’ development of expected classroom behavior. We offer comprehensive behavior assessments including an analysis of function of behaviors of concern, graphic representations of data collected and recommend interventions to be used in a behavior support plan.

Behaviorist Consultation

Milestones Behavioral Consulting specializes with a customized treasure chest of strategies to use to promote positive behavior in the classroom. One of our experienced behaviorist’s will work directly with your teaching staff to observe their classrooms and offer recommendations. They are able to provide in the moment coaching or modeling, and collaboration with the classroom team.

Staff Training

Milestones Behavioral Consulting provides specialized staff training designed to strengthen classroom management and promote positive student outcomes. Our experienced behavior specialists partner with teachers, aides, and school personnel to deliver:
